Time schedule :
Arrivals mandatory on tuesday november 7th at the Studios
Game schedule : from wenesday 2PM to saturday 4PM + Evening Fiesta Finale
Departures on sunday 12th.

Balance due: 3 months before.

At the Fort Bravo Studios, in bungalows, dormitories (or Hotel option) – 5 nights
Food included :

What is included in your ticket !
- Access to Fort Bravo Cinema Studios (Andalousia – Spain) from tuesday 7th to sunday 12th november 2023,
- The LARP “Fort Hood” for the whole stay,
- Your character and all its game elements,
- Your accomodation in the Studios in bungalows or dorms (men – women) for 5 nights, or hotel outside.
- Access to the Studios pool (for eventual off-game moments under the sun !)
- Your food including beverages from tuesday’s diner to sunday’s breakfast,
- The end of game night party “Fiesta Finale” on saturday evening (and night !),
- Your first $20 for in-game saloons drinks,
- The supply of your gun and ammos for the game,
- Your official photo shooting and photos taken during the game
What is not included in your ticket
- Your travel to Spain (Almeria Airport – Andalusia) and transfert to the Studios (20mn from airport),
- Your old west costume : Rental deal available as an option to your ticket

Old West costume rental:
You can rent your costume for your character (hat, pants, vest, dress, jacket,…). We do not supply shoes/boots neither shirts.
Dollars pack for drinks :
Your drinks in the in-game saloon are to pay with dollars coins. 20$ are already included with your ticket (and will be given when you arrive). You can order more here or get more during the game. 1$ =1€
